Waste management system should be robust in any types of factory to avoid the reason of any threat regarding environment .As our factory is established for doing various operation of metal regarding machine and skilled manpower, it is totally free of any CO2 emission. The metal is processed by different types of operation like shearing ,bending,joining and forming which are not responsible for any chemical emission.The part which are cut can be recycled or reused. 1.The amount of waste tends to zero which is the indication of the level environment 2.7 types of industrial waste are strictly maintained by various tools like 5S ,Kanban,Kaizen,Poka-Yoke and many others according to necessity. 3.The various types of waste like solid,plastic,paper,hardboard and other things are categorizely collected in a bin to manage it in most efficient manner. There are two types of material can be found after the processing of raw materials like finished products and wastage . In metal ,we have zero waste ultimately cause the wastage can be treated as raw materials again.Our factory is run with the most optimum way. Our main motto is to develop a sustainable factory.
