Operations in our Industries
Fabrication Section
We are using CNC machines which are digitalized
with programmable instruction to complete numerous processes with precision.
Shearing, bending, Knoching, Drilling, Punching, grinding, machining,
upholstery, die making, etc. are our different fabrication processes.
Welding Section
We have multiple types of metal welding equipment and machinery with welders for quality welding assembly of MS, SS, and nonferrous alloys. This machinery lineup includes:
- Multiple MIG Welding stations with capacities to 450 amp.
- TIG Welding available with capacities up to 300 amp.
- Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
- Portable Welding with capacities up to 250 amp.
- Stud Welding with capacities up to 7/8″ diameter.
Selection of proper electrode and welding wire, voltage-current settings, correct gas mixtures, torch angles and wire stick-out length, proper support and surface conditions and safety protocols we maintain for Welding Quality.
Phosphating Plant
We have well designed and equipped phosphating process. The process comprises of 8 booths (22 ft x 3ft) having functions of alkaline degreasing, water rinsing, activation, zinc phosphate application, passivation. After phosphating we have drying function which is very important for durable coating.
Our stepwise phosphating process follow chart is below:
CE certified Powder Coating Plant
Comprised of robot type
reciprocators for auto coating application speed 1.2-1.5 m/min, compact spray
booth with paint recovery system, heating oven (6500x1500x2300mm), bar type
overhead conveyor, paint recovery system
Electromechanical Integration
Our factory has equipment setup and skilled
manpower to assembly the various part of workpiece along with electromechanical
integration. We have both options of factory assembly and knockdown assembly.
Our Safety Standard
Our plant is designed
following the fire safety and electrical safety standard- BNBC and other
applicable codes. The factory is well ventilated to exhaust the fumes and
gases, smoke, and dust.
Properly using PPE
with hot work safety measures, lifting safety precautions, signals, and signage
following the OHAS guidelines. We practice regular safety meeting and training
program.
